Adjoining the kitchen is the roomy open-plan living area complete with two free standing sofas, contemporary fireplace, eye-catching ceiling pendant lights and to the dining area, a stylish wooden dining table with inset detailing and high-backed chairs. The numerous windows and sliding patio doors ensure the room glows with natural light.

In the main bedroom you are greeted by a sumptuous 5ft bed, two side tables and a wall mounted cabinet directly in front of the bed and near to the wall-mounted TV point, the ideal place to chill out watching your favourite programme. The generous walk in wardrobe affords loads of storage space with racks, drawers and shelves aplenty, whilst the adjoining en-suite comprises of a modern shower cubicle with chrome thermostatic shower.

The spacious twin room offers expansive floor space and two 3ft single beds and a further walk-in wardrobe features plentiful storage space including soft-close drawers, shelves and a clothes rail.

The bathroom benefits from a full sized bath with overhead shower, a modern square sink with mixer taps, and a practical vanity cupboard all offset beautifully by the soft cream and brown colour palette.

The Boston standard specification includes vinyl exterior cladding, heavy duty galvanised twin axle chassis, high specification insulation to exterior walls, energy efficient lighting, double glazing, central heating and vaulted ceilings throughout.
